Develop a more supportive culture of performance-based discussion within their organisation
Take time out and find personal space in which to step back from problems and find practical solutions
Increase their personal confidence and overall effectiveness
Build a larger network of contacts and resources to pull upon

Upon successful completion of the programme, and following submission of a portfolio of evidence (including a practical work-based assignment) participants will be entered for the ILM level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching. Participants will also be eligible to apply for full membership of the Institute (MInstLM).

Approach

The programme is highly participative with much emphasis upon learning by doing. You will be offered a wide range of tips/techniques, theories and frameworks to stimulate your learning. Your personal commitment must be to open your mind, try new things and be prepared to try again if you don’t succeed first time round.

Participants will share experiences and benefit from networking and peer support in addition to personal tutor support. We use 'real play' not role play - participants bring real life challenges with them and find solutions to them during the programme, using the skills and knowledge gained and shared. You will also have fun and learn in a high energy environment!

The cost of the diploma is £2,350.00 + VAT per participant (payable upon booking).

NB. This programme is offered in an ‘open’ format, with participants from a variety of organisations attending.
It can also be tailored and run ‘in house’ if required.
